Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the Anteiku gaming community and its Discord bots process data.

Data we process

• Discord user and server IDs, display names, and actions performed through bot features;
• participation in VALORANT and League of Legends events and matches, results, and applicable community restrictions;
• when a user voluntarily links a Riot Account: PUUID, Riot ID, linking time, and technical consent status;
• after the user's separate consent: Riot-authorized match and game statistics required for selected community features.

Why we use data

We use data to operate VALORANT and League of Legends community events and custom matches, verify participants, prevent account impersonation, record results, and protect the community.

Riot Sign On

Riot Account linking for VALORANT and League of Legends features occurs only when initiated by the user through the official Riot authorization page. Anteiku never receives or stores a Riot password. Information about an individual player is not shown to other users without that player's prior consent.

Retention and deletion

We retain data while the user uses the relevant feature or while it is necessary for community safety. A user can unlink a Riot Account through the Discord bot. Requests to delete other personal data may be submitted to the Anteiku administration through Discord.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Limited information is shared with infrastructure providers only as required to operate the website and Discord bots, or when required by law.

Security and contact

We apply reasonable technical safeguards. Privacy questions may be directed to the Anteiku community administration through Discord.
